iium-community (for win7)

Peace be upon ya...

create new connection or old

for exist connection...just skip step 2b,3,4,5
new connection...just skip step 2a and 6


1.   -Right click on those wireless bar
      -Select 'Open Network and sharing Center

2a. -Manage wireless networks

2b. -Set up a new connection or network

3.   -Manually connect to a wireless network and click next

4.   -follow the settings a pic below and click next

5.   -click 'Change Connection Settings'

6.   -double click iium-community

7.   -Go to 'Security' tab
      -change the pick the one with cisco: peap-gtc(old version) or Cisco:PEAP(new version)
      -click 'Settings'

8.   -Go to 'User Credentials' Tab
      -Pick the one with 'Use saved username and password'
      --for username put ur matric no
      --for password put ur my iium password

9.   -click ok to all and then enjoy.

P.S: use this guide intention just to let people to connect into iium-community for education purpose....iium-community is using PEAP-gtc security..if this guide is not working...update the cisco might be another help....see below for the link...it might work for win7 32bit(didnt confirm) and 64bit
